Illumina Sequencing Services
The illumina HiSeq can sequence whole genomes or transcriptomes.
Since 2007, FASTERIS developed a very broad range of applications such as whole genome sequencing, de novo assembly, gene expression profiling, ChIP-SEQ, small RNAs, targeted re-sequencing, or multiplexing to reduce sequencing costs.
New: "True" HiSeq 2500 in production since December 2012.
In addition to the high-output mode, this instrument can be do 2 lanes in Rapid Run mode, similar to the MiSeq.
