Quality System

Genesupport quality policy is aligned with the company’s objectives of proving best services and reliable results to our researchers in the Life Science field (services offered under the brand name of Fasteris), delivering what it is requested and expected from us.

To these purposes, Genesupport has accredited specific Fasteris pipelines following the international standards ISO 17025:2017 (STS 0680), including the sequencing sequencing on illumina technologies.

Below the list of NGS sequencing services accredited with the Genesupport ISO 17025:2017 (STS 0680) certification:

• Small RNA gel free

• Metabarcoding (Metafast) with PCR or without PCR step (ligation of amplicons).

• DNA seq with mechanical shearing

• PolyA mRNA-Seq

• Coding and non-coding RNA-Seq

Since the ISO-17025 already incorporates the scopes of the quality management system ISO-9001:2015, this accreditation was not renewed.

Furthermore, the whole exome sequencing (WES), pipeline, as it integrates analyses in the domain of the human genetics, has been certified by the Genesupport ISO-15189:2012 (STMS 0049) standards.

ISO-9001:2015 quality management system history

In July 2015, Fasteris was certified ISO 9001:2008.

In April 2018, Fasteris successfully obtained certification under the new version of the norm ISO 9001:2015:

• IQNet ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

• SQS ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

Genesupport is represented by its executive and strategic board, comprising Frédérique Sloan Béna (COO), Laurent Farinelli (CEO) and Bernard Conrad (CMO).
